Ariunaa Chilkhaasuren joined the NRCC as an accountant in 2018. She has been working as a manager for the company since 2021. Her previous experience includes accountant of the Social Insurance Department and the Tax Office of Sukhbaatar District. She also has experience in working for private companies. 

She has experience working as a field supervisor for baseline and follow-up surveys of the Impacts of Universal Childcare Service on Women’s Employment project, funded by the PEP.  She works as an enumerator for the Consumer Confidence Index survey.

She holds BA in Business Administration from the Mongolian State University of Life Sciences.
