Recently the loan quality have worsened, in 2013 the principal in arrears was 1.56% of outstanding loans, 5.6% in 2015, 7.4% in 2016. By April of 2017 it is 7.9%, which is close to the year before. During the economic downturn of 2009 it has reached the highest percentage of 7.9% but in February of 2016 it has reached as high as 8.5%.

From February of 2014 the percentage of non-performing loan in outstanding loans have slowly increased, as of April of 2017 the percentage is 8.6%. In 2015, citizens’ share in nonperforming loans was 14.3%, 17% in 2016, and 19.8% in 2017.
