A memorandum of cooperation was signed

On April 19, 2024, the National Research and Consulting Center (NRCC) signed a long-term cooperation memorandum with "Optimal NMax LLC".

NRCC LLC will research and develop the financial and economic model of the "PsyFintech" project implemented by "Optimal NMax" LLC within the cooperation framework.

Optimal NMax is an incubator company that supports and nurtures science-based solutions and initiatives that use technology to develop HUMAN-friendly products. For example, since 2018, they have been conducting credit operations using psychological scoring. They also have introduced credit risk assessment based on psychology and behavior rather than on customer account information, credit history, and social insurance premium payments.
